I have been in the medical field over 20 years. I am a licensed and registered occupational and lymphedema therapist. I have a yoga rehab certification along with yoga for the special child certification. I educate others on how to utilize the body and it’s natural processes to support healing and disease prevention through self care. I combine yoga and the lymphatic system concepts for clients to learn about themselves as a whole and how to use knowledge of the body processes to support health and wellness
I love to teach others how to regain control over their body, mind and health through self care and daily attention to spinal alignment and breathing. Being able to Do It Yourself gives clients a great sense of pride that they can rely on themselves to be healthy rather than on supplements, medications and services from others.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I meet with the client to review their needs and provide them with recommendations of what services I can provide to support their learning and other professional services from practioners I have relationships with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Occupational Therapist with certifications in Lymphedema, Yoga Rehab and Yoga for the Special Child along with over 20 years of experience working with all populations from infant to seniors in a variety of settings.
