As a former assistant basketball coach at Ave Maria University, I bring the coaches side of personal skills training. I’ve coached basketball and soccer for over 10 years, while personal training the last 5.
Positivity is my number one rule, with safety as a close second.
I’m currently an assitant men’s basketball coach at Fort Myers High School, so any questions you might have..I’m all ears. Let’s get to work..
