Matt Morgan Baseball

I am a former 4th-round draft pick from Thorsby, AL, selected in 2014 after earning Alabama’s Mr. Baseball (Player of the Year) honors in my senior year of high school. I spent several years in the Blue Jays organization, and during my off-seasons, I dedicated my time to training and coaching local players.

For the past 10 years, I have been coaching and providing private lessons, helping athletes develop both on and off the field. My passion for coaching comes from the great mentors I had as a player, and I take the responsibility of coaching seriously. I'm not the right coach for everyone, but I have consistently helped players improve—whether that means making a middle school team, earning a college scholarship, or even reaching the professional level. I've been there, and my goal is to pass on every bit of knowledge to the next generation of players.
