I am a 4 time national champion college basketball coach...2 time coach of the year... Three times with the men's team and once with the women's team...My training has taking me up and down the East Coast ... I am very passionate about training... I believe anybody that trains hard will get better... But they must trains correctly... i've been lucky enough to win at the middle school... High school... and college Level... Players that I've worked with some have gone to playing overseas and in the NBA... One of the questions I always get asked is did you make these players great... And my answer is this,I gave them tools... They took the tools and they built a foundation of their basketball skills... Only way to get better is hard work... I am not a cheerleading coach I see to it that players work hard and we both work together...I hope to hear from you... And good luck in your future

My training is time and numbers... It's a simple as that... Everything we do is timed... If we do a skill... Remember that word skill... I do not teach drills... I teach skills...I see to it that the player becomes Comfortable being uncomfortable... I pulled them out of their comfort zone and show them what it takes to work hard to get where they wanna be... The workout is for one hour... We stop after 55 minutes we have a five minute conversation about the homework that I expect to be mastered... The student has to Master the skill before we meet again... I hope to hear from you... And God bless
