Jeff Donald taught photography for 4 years at Montana State University and for 5 years at the Dunedin Fine Art Center. He has 5 decades of photography experience and he wants to share his passion for photography with you. You spent a lot of money on your camera outfit, so spend just a little on your education and learn from the best.
Jeff is a Certified Photographic Consultant and Lightroom instructor. He is also a member of the Society of Photo Finishing Engineers.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Brief meeting or phone conversation to get acquainted and determine the suitability of my skill set to the students needs. During the meeting we can establish the students needs and set expectations. Price and a schedule are also discussed and we determine if there is a time frame to move forward with instruction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I taught photography for 4 years at Montana State University and at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center for 5 years. I’m a certified Adobe Lightroom instructor.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure instructor has plenty of experience and is qualified. Too many people think they’re photographers and teachers because thy watched a few YouTube videos.
