An embassasador to the game of baseball teaching in Taiwan, Austria, Canada, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, & Mexico as well as throughout the United States. The game of baseball has been a passion of mine since as far back as I can remember. Since little league I was able to succeed at every level climbing the latter as high as Triple A with 3 different organizations. After retiring I went into coaching and 23 years later It's been rewarding touching the lives dreams of so many MLB pitchers. Coaching is my dream job.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Sensory drills to enhance the feel versus real process of movement patterns. Pitching to a true live size catcher target to improve command & control tying the lesson together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The use of technology, Rapsodo & 960 frames per second camera to work on the pitch design process of developing tue spin, spin efficiency, as well as horizontal & vertical break.

How did you get started teaching?
We introduce the sensory drill system reinforcing the delivery movement patterns. This unique system is a combination of what has worked and exclude what hasn't worked during my 30 years of developing professional pitchers.
What types of students have you worked with?
Currently I work with high profile MLB players who join in on some of our work outs as special guest. Also worked with 2020 24th first round pick of the Tampa Rays as well as college and high school prospects.

Having worked with this years 2020 first round draft pick of the Tampa Rays in Hatfield, Pennsylvania.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Many coaches were former players in high school, college or even professional baseball, but have never worked at the highest level and trained to coach. Most decide to make money without the qualifications. Would anyone allow a surgeon to operate on you without having the qualifications of a doctor? Throughout my career I have work with little leaguers all the way to MLB pitchers and have blended my system to fit any age group.
