Ariel Marrero is a certified NJ I’m Possible basketball skills trainer and works with male and female athletes from 6th grade through college. He has been a coach for 15 years and has worked with and developed several high level players to help them play at the collegiate level. His workouts are detail-oriented to help players develop better footwork, improve their shooting form and consistency, increase quickness, improve ball handling, and finish off of either foot with either hand. He also provides players with an offensive arsenal to help them improve their confidence and understanding of how to play the game efficiently.
AJ Marrero began his career as a three-year varsity athlete at Saint Mary's High School in Elizabeth, NJ. As one of the top HS programs in the county, during his tenure, he was fortunate to win several conference championships in the 2016-2017 season. In 2018 AJ also played in the NJ State Sectional Group Championship games. After recovering from his own injures now working on his career in playing college basketball.
AJ continues to work on his own improvements and teach his love for the game through several AAU circuits and HS programs.
