What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Fist of all I will find out what the student wants to achieve with his/her painting. It will be a hand on experience, studio work at maximum. Through my knowledge in materials and techniques I will help to develop the student own language .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have a college degree in Antropology and Fine Arts plus an experience of more than 25 years in the field.
What types of students have you worked with?
i have worked with children in the past but I'm interested now in helping students or emerging artist in perfecting and developing their techniques and materials while experimenting with new ones.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
look for someone who teach you how to develop your own voice in painting, no somebody who will teach you how to paint like them
