I am a full-time artist from Miami who specializes in abstract, acrylic, and figurative painting. I provide an open-minded approach to help you achieve your goals in terms of artwork. Beyond my artistic advice I also can consult you on how to best sell your artwork. My goal is to make your art as best as it can be either for your own pleasure or desire to further your artistic career. This is my passion and being able to help others achieve the same thing as me or their own goals is very fulfilling.
I have been painting for 9 years and working as a professional artist for 5. Beyond learning to make your artwork better I can advise you on the steps to take as an aspiring professional. I have been in over 25 exhibitions to date and have sold well over 100 pieces of artwork. I have taken major risks and work extremely hard to be where I am. I am very straight forward and will not tell you what you want to hear. I will tell you what you need to hear to achieve your goals.
I love being an because making art brings out the most authentic version of myself. Despite receiving a college degree outside of fine art, I chose to dive into the art world simply because creating art is what I'm truly passionate about. The ups and downs I've experienced as a professional have spurred a lot of personal growth. The introspection from making and being surrounded by it is priceless in value. I have been critiqued by major critics, and the knowledge gained from sticking to what I truly love and figuring out how to make it work builds a lot of character and thick skin. Being an artist has not allowed me to get comfortable and always pushing myself forward with my work and who I am as a person.

As an aspiring artist, Phil's knowledge and experience of the Miami art scene is invaluable. Our lessons are fun and creative. He's very humble and is extremely patient when it comes to learning. Phil let's me do my own thing and instructs me on how I can improve my own style. I would highly recommend him as an instructor for making art for fun or to further your professional career.
Last year I had a solo booth at Red Dot Miami during Art Basel to showcase my artwork. The booth was curated by a major curator from New York over a week long period, which led to sales and great networking opportunities.
