I hired Valentina as yoga instructor for prenatal. I am 7 months pregnant and she has been really helpful. I enjoy so much her private classes, she provides everything you need from blankets to essential oil’s and music. She can easily came at your own place and has a flexible schedule.
This is my first time doing yoga and she made me fall in love with it. I will definitely keep working with her now and after my baby will born.
If you are looking for a great yoga instructor for prenatal and regular I highly recommend her.

1st day We will talk about your goals and concerns before starting a basic introductory class. Depending on your needs I will custumize a sequence or exercise program. We will also go over nutrition and wellness.
