About
I am very eager about teaching and have been in the business since 1992. I am experienced in Pre-Algebra,Algebra I, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Geometry, Biology and Chemistry. I love to see the results and feel that I have been able to touch my students’ lives.
I enjoy seeing my students achieve their goals. Hearing sentences like “you have really been helpful” or “you are a great tutor” with a big smile on on their face is the best of joys.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I try to understand the student’s level and what subjects we should cover. Then I try to motivate him/her on our study and try to make the study more attractive. If I think it is needed I prepare extra worksheets on the spot to give extra chance of practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My actual occupation is Dentistry in which I have a Ph degree. To be able to get it I had to study college level science and maths.

I usually charge $40 for an hour. If long time of driving is involved I charge higher.
How did you get started teaching?
My first teaching experience was at the Istanbul University teaching dental students on subjects of dentistry.
