What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First session I try and find out what the athlete's goals are short term and long term. I will develop a workout and session plan depending on their needs and wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kinesiology Degree from Indiana University. I have been both a player and coach - both one on one and varsity level.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Depends on how many sessions and location I will be traveling to.
How did you get started teaching?
Started as a Varsity Assistant Coach in Indianapolis area, then moved to Florida, beginning one on one training. My father was my coach growing up. Always have had a passion for coaching.
