What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1.- Get in contact, with Athlete (Parent), to know about them. (Level, position, goals).
1.- Warm up, while we warm up i ask questions to know about the Athlete.
2.- Make quick test to see his skills and weakness.
3.- Little feedback of what i see.
4.- Start working the drills focus in their weakness.

After i retired i start helping another kids back in Venezuela to get pick for MLB teams

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who understand your age, weakness and strengh to get the best program to hit your goals, dont hire someone that just will be throwing balls like crazy.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Make sure Baseball is your passion and thats why your looking for help, make sure that you dont play because your dad or mom passion, because is one of my question to my students if that the case ill stop the trainning.
