Founded in 1997, Athletes In Progress Inc. is a sports-centric service based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, extending to surrounding areas. The company operates an outdoor boot camp in Weston, FL, and offers personal training for all ages and ability levels. They even had the opportunity to train pro-athlete Dan Marino. Recently, they have expanded their services to include Stand Up Paddle Boarding, introducing a new class called CrossPaddle. With Athletes In Progress, fitness is always on the board!
