About

Pitching is something I love to teach.. I have over 40 years of coaching and have been around alot of coach's that have help me develop. I like teaching the "triple extention theory" mechanic which works from the ground up. I take and use player videos to breakdown their mechanics. Having a pitching video assist in the understanding of points to be addressed. It's a learning process.

    Frequently asked questions

Watch a player pitch. Theres always something to work on. Take videos for detail analysis. Show and discuss with player video. Work from the ground up. No detail is to small. Explaining How and Why were doing something and what benifits it might have. Not changing any natural motions. Proper or improving body mechanic will create ultimate success. This process is not a one and done. We can have multiple lessons without a throwing session, alot of flat ground work. You dont get the reward of pitching until you know how to pitch.

20+ years of coaching up to High School level.  Webinars, Personal instructions, research and the love of research to teach mechanical techniques that can possibly benefit a player.

$65.00 to $75.00/ hr based on location. 1st session is free to discuss what I can help with. Can train a few players at a time to give better pricing.

    My kids started playing.

All ages up to High School.

Just last week 1 of my new high school player text and said he played a Travel game and had 8 Ks in 5 innings and that what we were going over at practice on back leg drive power really felt good. Plus he struckout 2 players with his Changup hes learning.

Dont buy into being taught how to throw junk pitches, get to the core of mechanic's. If they can take and analyze videos, thats a big plus because you see so much more in slow motion.

Are they willing to respect another opinion and thoughts of how something can be accomplish.
