My experience training soccer players focuses on 3 main areas. I call it the 3X soccer program. 1. Strong mind 2. Speed & Strength 3. Skill Building.
The 3X protocol is made for players who want to achieve more play time, become more confident on the field, become a key player on an existing team, improve enough to join a better team, secure a scholarship with soccer, or create a career in soccer.
The 3X Program in a nutshell:
Strong mind: Building self-confidence and unshakable beliefs through healthy habits. Creating an iron-like mindset around being a winner on and off the field, someone who never gives up or backs down. Making training as fun as playing your favorite video game, leveling up your abilities on the field.
Strength and Speed: Soccer involves running, explosive speed, strong legs, balance, flexibility, strong core muscles and upper body. We incorporate a fun, yet challenging full body workout that flexes, trains, and stretches all important muscles, fibers, and tendons of the body to beat other players with ease and avoid injuries.
Technical Skill Building: Teaching ball mastery so it becomes second nature. The better your abilities, the more confident and creative you become during games. We break down complex moves into simple, repeatable actions that can be practiced daily—until they feel automatic under pressure.
