What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with dynamic stretching followed by detailed thrwing mechanics while we warm up the arm. After this we will begin with either pitching lesson, batting or fielding. I always end my session with a ten min position specific conditioning and cool down phase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Played collage ball at Palm Beach State College and and Barry University. I then got drafted in the tenth round from the Washinton Nationals where I Pitched for 5 years with them in the minor leagues.
