Madlegz instructs basketball players on how to be skilled, crafty and FUNDAMENTALLY SOUND! Training is based on footwork and balance in addition to mastering the basics. We do not coach effort. Players must be dedicated to the process of improving their skills.

Madlegz provides:

Coaches dedicated to each player's development in technique, skills, and IQ.

Customized training sessions to fit the needs of each player.

As the kids get warm up, we will stretch and get a quick drink. We then go right into foot work and spend about 15-20 minutes working on quickness and acceleration. Working on your footwork is a vital part in developing a good basketball player. As we get done with footwork, we go right into ball handling. Ball handling is very important, whoever controls the ball controls the game.
