I hired Pam as a weight loss coach, and I got so so much more. Pam is so intuitive, and insightful; she knows exactly what I need, and when I need it. I am a sophomore in College, and her guidance and counseling has changed my life!! I went from a size 18 to a size 10 in eight months. My personal life and relationships have never been better.. I’m no longer a “door mat”. I stick up for myself and don’t let people use me. Thanks Pamalamm Sincerely, Daniell

Pam is amazing!! I was struggling for years, emotionally and physically, I had tried other trainers, but Pam somehow got me! Instead of dreading my workout time, I looked forward to it. I started calling it my Pam time. She's amazing for confidence,!and I'm in the best shape of my life!!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you like the person, and make sure they can provide you with what you need.

Ask if the instructor has modifications for any underlying physical issues--ask for references-- Talk to current clients, ask them about the instructor.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

We discuss  where they are physically, and emotionally... I have them discuss their goals... Visualize what it would be like to achieve those goals-- how it feels, and then we come up with a plan.
