Samadhi Yoga Therapy Wellness

I am a licensed Occupational Therapist working with people recovering from or managing illnesses such as arthritis, stroke, cardiac limitations, neurological conditions, pain management, etc. I am also a Certified Yoga Practioner. Both disciplines treat clients from a holistic perspective. My goal with each person is to discover root causes, empowering people with their own abilities to heal from within, and to develop life skills to approach situations with an open, grateful heart and a calm confident disposition.

I work with people! People whose desires are health and wellness. My work provides me the opportunity to connect with the people in my community and to be of service. I can’t ask for anything more rewarding 🧘🏼‍♀️
