Dear Sir/ Madame
First of all thank you for your interest in our flight school Flightcenter US.
Our school is based at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (KFXE) in sunny Florida. It is one of the busiest executive airports in the United States. Thanks to this we can offer high quality service to all our students and especially a very professional training in a dynamic aeronautic environment.
The duration of the courses depends largely on the students availability and the type of course he or she is going to take, but to give you an idea, a private pilot course takes between two and three months and a professional pilot course (commercial multiengine + Instrument Rating) has a duration of approximately 12 months.
With regard to our fleet, we have Cessna 172 SP equipped with instrumentation for obtaining the Instrument Rating, Cessna 172 SP with Garmin G1000 (glass cockpit), Diamond DA40 G1000 (glass cockpit), PA28R-201 for single engine commercial training and Duchess 76 for multiengine training.
On the subject of pricing it highly depends on the consistency the student is flying and studying. The faster the frequency of flights the less the cost of training and time. The type of license you want to obtain and aircraft type you want to fly also is an important factor, but to give you an idea an average student who wants to get his Commercial Single Engine and Multiengine with Instrument Rating is investing between 38,000 to 40,000 U$s and the Private Pilot License would be an additional 8,000 to 9,000 U$s.
Right now our operation is under part 61 and 141. On the subject of payments it’s very simple, you can do as you prefer, you can make the deposit you want, or otherwise pay as you go, all you have to know is you can’t fly if your account is in negative.
