Hi there! My name is Patricia Monica Ojeda, and I am so excited to be part of your learning journey! I am a highly experienced and dedicated coach, trainer, and tutor based in South Florida, with a true passion for teaching and helping people just like you achieve their goals. With over 20 years of experience teaching Spanish, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Basic AI, I have had the privilege of working with countless students of all levels and backgrounds — and nothing makes me happier than seeing someone grow and succeed!

What makes my coaching truly unique is the real-world professional experience I bring to every single lesson. Throughout my career, I have worked across Technology, Marketing, and Operations, so everything I teach is grounded in practical, real-life knowledge. When we work on Excel together, I draw from years of actual data analysis and business reporting. When we tackle PowerPoint, I bring the perspective of someone who has crafted presentations for marketing campaigns and executive teams. When we explore AI tools, I share what I have seen firsthand about how technology is changing the way we work and live. And when we dive into Spanish, I bring not only the language, but the warmth, the culture, and the heart that comes with it!

I was born in beautiful Argentina, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science, international certifications, and a deep love for the Spanish language and culture. I have always believed that learning a language is about so much more than grammar and vocabulary — it is about connecting with people, understanding a culture, and opening new doors in your life. That same spirit of curiosity and connection is something I bring to every subject I teach.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We have a 15 min introductory call and them if we match we’ll proceed to schedule the sessions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My educational foundation starts with a Bachelor's Degree in Science, which gave me strong analytical and problem-solving skills that I apply every day in my work — especially when teaching Excel, data tools, and AI basics. Beyond my degree, I hold international certifications that have kept me sharp and up to date in my fields of expertise. But honestly, some of my most valuable training has come from over 20 years of hands-on professional experience working in Technology, Marketing, and Operations. That real-world background is what allows me to teach Microsoft Office tools, AI, and Spanish not just from a textbook, but from actual workplace situations my students can relate to and immediately put to use. As a native Spanish speaker born in Argentina, my language foundation is deeply rooted in both formal education and lived cultural experience — something no certification alone can replace. I am also committed to continuous learning, regularly updating my skills to stay current with the latest tools and teaching methods, so that my students always get the most relevant and practical instruction available.

How did you get started teaching?

Teaching found me naturally! Throughout my 20+ year career in Technology, Marketing, and Operations, I was always the person training colleagues and explaining complex ideas in simple terms. Combined with my love of Spanish — rooted in my upbringing in Argentina — it was only a matter of time before tutoring became my true calling. Today, based in South Florida, I help students master Spanish, Microsoft Office, and AI tools with the same energy and passion that got me started all those years ago.

What types of students have you worked with?

Over 20 years of teaching have introduced me to an incredibly diverse range of students — from curious kids and busy college students to corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, retirees, and everything in between. Based in South Florida, I have also had the joy of working with a rich multicultural community from across Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond. No matter the age, level, or background, every student gets a lesson designed specifically for them!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

My biggest piece of advice? Look for a teacher with real-world experience, not just classroom knowledge. Anyone can recite a textbook — but a teacher who has actually worked in Technology, Marketing, and Operations, who grew up speaking Spanish in Argentina, and who has spent 20+ years applying these skills in real life will give you something far more valuable: lessons that are practical, relevant, and immediately useful. And above all, find someone who genuinely cares about your success. That is the difference between a good teacher and a great one!

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Before talking to any teacher, ask yourself these four things: Why do I want to learn this — and why now? What is my current level honestly? How many hours per week can I realistically commit? And what specific goal or deadline am I working toward? Walking into that first conversation with clear answers will save you time, help your teacher design the perfect lesson plan, and set you up for real, meaningful progress from day one!
