I have been surfing since I was eight years old. Ever since it has been my passion to teach others the amazing sport of surfing. I can guarantee that within the first lesson you will ride a wave and be on your way to surfing like a pro in no time.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During the first lesson we get comfortable in the water and the waves, then we learn some of the basic safety precautions to take while surfing, next I review the basic steps of surfing, finally we hit the waves and perfect what we have learned
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an instructor of children through my work as a counsellor at camp and have taught children many skills they will use throughout their life. And I have also worked as a teacher for adults in art classes so I understand how to build confidence within children and adults.

One-hour personal lesson- $60
Two-hour personal lesson- $100
One-hour group (2-4 people)- $40 per person
Two-hour group (2-4 people)- $60 per person
I do not recommend lessons over 2 hours because surfing can become very tiring and it is best to not over-work yourself on the water.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked will all types of students ranging from very young children to older adults. This has enabled me to be able to handle any situation and teach almost any student.
