I have 9+ years of experience, education and practical knowledge working with youth as old as 9 years old to adults age 75. Specializing in Massage Therapy, assisted stretching, nutrition help, weight loss, speed training, strength and conditioning, functional movement, athletic performance, and being an advocate for educating an overall healthy and well lifestyle.

I keep updated with any trending methods but hold on to what works in the best interest of each client. Providing a safe environment and having a purpose for all exercises and training sessions. The sessions are meant to challenge you mentally and physically to get you to your goals.

I enjoy being a motivator of change in the direction from good to great with all my clients. I like helping each client accomplish their fitness goals or being able to find a solution to a problem.
