I like to find his strengths and what are his and his parents expectations. Work at the pace that’s equivalent with his current level of training

I currently Coach High School and Little League. I have coached for over 10 years.
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked with students 3 years old to adults . I have many of my players that go on to play high school, college and beyond.
