• I find great joy in help people, specifically kids, who may be struggling in their elementary math classes. From past experiences I understand that not everyone learns in the same way. I offer interactive activities and other resources to help one understanding the topic in question. I will also provide step by step explanations for how to solve a problem or for reassurance of an answer.
•I have worked as a tutor throughout the years 2016 to 2018 in the subject of math for grade levels 2-4. My services were done at home of the student but due to today's situations my services are being done online. If at-home services are needed we can try and work something out.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Working with a new student, we would start off by figuring out what learning style works best for them and implementing these strategy throughout our tutoring sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently taking a teaching class at my University in which we are learning how to effectively teach math and science subjects. I believe my tutoring experiences give me an advantage as I have some knowledge on how to approach a student learning math.
