The most important thing its not only about how many shots or pass or saves in one game you have, this sport is number one in a lot country around de world for the passion and dicipline that it required to play it, the little things that thay have to know and practice all day to reach their achievements, its the things that we like a coach must working all day with our player.
The first thing its im a soccer lover, player since i had 3 years old and currently, practice and improve all day my profession as physical, mental and conceptual.
frequently trained with differents courses and licences about not only soccer, coaching, leadership, team work and other.
The soccer has been my life and i want to be able to trasmit all my knowledge and experiences to the new generation.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step is to identify my player, his skills and characteristics likewise is important identify too their weaknesses to carry out a work plan based on this issues to improve, in my methology we work in different areas not only about the physical part we have work on their positive mentality, perseverance and teamwork muts be worked with greater intensity, finally define the objectives of each player and help in their process to achieve them one by one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Like a player i started younger in the soccer when i had 4 year old was my firts experiencie with a team, after that my passion my skills and my habilities help me to reach the differents objectives that i have in my life, like a player in this long way i have the great opportunity to know many people that teach me not only about the soccer o the one sport, about the life and behavior that you have to do if you want to become a proffesional player.
i begin my coach life 5 years ago in the Deportivo Cali Academy with the little kids, this was my firts stepts, now im in my experience have 3 soccer academies like a head coach also have my personalized player and currently working with the Deportivo Cali Pembroke Pines like a sport manager.
