It was without a doubt the best teacher we have had until today, my son was 3 years old when I taught him discipline and I train him until he was 9 years old, not only did he win medals in his category, he also taught him to have The discipline that is occupied to be a champion physically and mentally, Qualities that until today have served him to face and solve every challenge that comes his way. I am a graduate of Physical Culture and Sports at the Higher Institute of Physical Culture in Havana, postgraduate in Sports Psychology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, 40 hours training for Registered Behavior Technician by MHB Consultants

Sessions of one to two students up to $ 35.00 per hour, more than three students $ 15.00 each
How did you get started teaching?
I started as a trainer in the social service of the university in 1987, as a professor of therapeutic gymnastics, together with Master Julia Rojo in the CVD Camilo Cienfuegos
What types of students have you worked with?
I have been training high-performance athletes, children and young swimmers, autistic children, adults in therapeutic gymnastics and fitness, preferring to work with people who speak Spanish

I am passionate about watching Olympic sports, especially swimming, athletics, triathlon and collegiate leagues, as well as professional boxing
