Founded in 2005, Energy Yoga & Wellness Center LLC, located in Doral, Florida, offers a comprehensive range of wellness services to the Miami Metro area. Led by Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, David Yglesias, the center provides up to 180 yoga classes per month, including Vinyasa and Warm Yoga, with options for all ages and practice levels. In addition to yoga, the center offers meditation, anxiety relief, therapeutic massage, reiki, past life regression therapy, nutritional counseling, and hypnosis.
