Welcome! I'm a dedicated yoga and feminine dance instructor with over 10 years of experience in yoga. My yoga journey began with a deep passion for self-discovery and holistic wellness, leading me to train extensively in the USA and India. While in India, I studied traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga practices, visited sacred spiritual places, and met with revered gurus, gaining profound insights into the deeper philosophy and essence of yoga.
Through my classes, I combine the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga, offering my students not just a practice but a transformative experience. My unique approach integrates graceful feminine dance movements, encouraging self-expression, inner strength, and a deep connection to the body’s natural rhythms. My expertise guides my students on a journey of self-awareness, empowerment, and inner peace.
