Hello! My name is Mila and I’m originally from Ukraine.I got into path of yoga 10 years ago and since my very first class I realized that found my passion for life.I specialize on Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.I recently got 500hr certification with yoga alliance,taught hundred of group classes and always welcoming new students into path of yoga in private instructions.
I love to see how tremendously yoga is changing peoples lives and Im honored to be a part of those changes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I get a class with a student for the first time,I always pay lots of attention to their needs and always listen if they have any injuries or specific requests.Then during the class we go through series of physical sequences,breathing techniques and finishing with a small meditation
