What I enjoy about my work is training athletes so that they can move on to the next level and acheive their dreams. Have helped countless players directly and indirectly get better and watch them play college baseball.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typical process will have them stretch properly and correctly. I will then asses their skills depending on type of lesson they are doing. After assesing and working with them I typically give them things to try at home to prepared for future lessons.
