I coached and trained hundreds of players from all over at East Cobb Baseball while residing in Atlanta. In addition to establishing the East Coast Baseball organization in Jacksosonville, I have also coached in my local community of Saint Johns County for several years while supporting local schools as the head coach. I am a certified personal trainer & fitness coach and also a certified speed & agility specialist. I'm a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association and Sports Management Worldwide and attends an annual scouting conference along with the MLB winter meetings each year. Building relationships with scouts is a priority and has partnered East Coast Baseball with Game Ready Scout Day to help high school athletes create video profiles and find college recruitment. As the visionary of East Coast Baseball I hope to help youth take their passion of baseball on to playing in college and pursuing their dreams.

East Coast Baseball thrives on bringing and keeping the love of the game in the hearts of each youth athlete. When a player loves what he's doing, is having fun doing it and gives 100% every time he steps on the field or in the cage then you know you're doing your job. There's no greater joy for a coach than seeing his athletes progress and reaching their full potential. Contact East Coast Baseball of Florida today. Visit our Facebook page to see more as well.

Coach Lynn is amazing! The work he has been doing with my son has improved his flexibility, hitting, speed and overall performance. His schedule has been flexible and his coaching skills are one of the best I have come across. He is able to teach my son new techniques with ease and the range of things he has been doing with my son are things he has not yet done before so it has opened his eyes into doing things he never thought he could. I recommend Coach Lynn and East Coast Baseball to anyone who would like to give their player an opportunity to learn more within the game, how to push themselves and how to develop a higher level of skills outside of general recreational baseball. His program assists players in advancing their skills while also teaching them the importance of good nutrition and hydration.

I started training high school and collegiate players in Atlanta Georgia that were struggling to get recruited. Through my educational background in sports medicine and health/fitness training along with having been a 3 sport athlete myself I knew I could help them advance to where they needed to be in order to get noticed.

I work with student athletes of all ages up from youth to the college level as well as some pro players.

I recently had a young 8u travel team which was my first experience coaching that age group. While I’ve trained many young athletes my coaching has always been at the high school level. Many overlooked players just want a chance to get better and show how hard they’re willing to work. I accepted a very underdeveloped 8 year old onto the team who was hands down behind the others. With his dedication, desire and hard work he became one of my starters down the road. Reminder these are only 8 year olds. However, after a lot of work with him regarding hitting in this case, he hit his first home run 6 months after working with me. The excitement and smile on his face will forever be embedded in my mind. That it alone is the most gratifying experience a coach can have and is the sole reason I continue to do what I do.
Don’t hire a trainer simply because they played professionally. Playing the game at the highest level or any level doesn’t make one a coach or trainer. Make sure you speak to them through a phone call at some point before hiring. Ask questions regarding how and what method they plan to use to help better your baseball skills.
Do you truly love the game and have a passion to play at the next level, whatever that level may be for you at the time. Do you have the drive and are you willing to work hard on and off the field including in the classroom to make it happen. If any one of these answer are no then I’m not the trainer for you and you shouldn’t waste your time and money.
