What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We need to meet and talk about your goals, do an assessment of your physical condition, learn about your weaknesses and habits, establish an exercise program, learn about your health status, and establish the right eating plan.
(Athletes) We need to meet and talk about your objectives, know what are the needs and requirements to improve your performance in the discipline that you’re participating in, establish a workout plan based on those requirements and practice as much as necessary, practice as much as we can, to build an strong muscle memory and enough confidence to achieve your goals and replaced by ones stronger than the previous ones.

How did you get started teaching?
First I was a single guy looking for a personal trainer when I was 17y/o then I feel motivated and I liked the results and I was so excited and took the decision to motivate other people to do the same and help them to pursuit their goals, I started to prepared myself studying and I got my certifications and licenses to do it. It's feels so good and satisfying being the role model of the people who look for your service and you create a good impact on their life which your experience and which your knowledge, challenging them and keeping them motivated to keep fighting.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients, from children to adults; from people who want to improve their physical performance and health as well as their speed, agility and flexibility. I have worked with professional athletes, amateurs, etc.
