These are classes for people of all ages and experience levels. Progression for the individual is always focus, teaching every person in a way that will help them get better. I strive to help those in class gain martial arts skill and confidence to handle themselves in a situation where self defense is needed either physical or verbal, as self defense applies to all these things. My goal is to help enhance your health, confidence, and character through the Martial arts.
Giving to others the same valuable lessons my sensei gave me is the thing i love the most about teaching. I first began training in 2011 under the late Master Lee Barden. I was 13 at this time and was basically the kid you see in all the movies who gets beaten up by the bullies and didn't fit in anywhere. But my sensei changed my whole life by teaching me, i gained skills that i know are what make me who i am today. Karate training helped me walk into the room with the knowledge of knowing if i need to defend myself i am capable of doing it for the first time in my life. Now i want to give to others the gifts that were given to me, seeing other peoples lives change through karate is what makes everything worth to me.

I have been training in American freestyle karate and the lissajous do weapons system for 7 years. Two of those years were spent as an assistant instructor were i would teach after school classes and beginner classes.
Classes are 20 dollars each week meeting at least twice in the week (the schedule is flexible). Pay the first day of class in the week or if you can only arrive one day out of the week, you will need to pay for that session.
I first got started teaching for my sensei Master Lee Barden as an assistant instructor for him at his dojo Karate Arts and then later i would help him at another location ponte vedra martial arts. In fact i was promoted to brown belt in 2016 because my sensei observed me teaching a class for him.
Both Adults and young children who had an interest in learning martial arts.
Keep an open mind.
