We have been serving the Mandarin and Norther St. Johns's community since 1984.
We are a family orieneted martial arts school with a children's program focused on developing confidence, leadership skills, and personal excellence all while developing good fitness habits and learning self-defense. Our teen program focuses mainly on generating confidence, camaraderie, and a sense to acheive success. Our adult classes focus on fitness, self-defense, and a great supportive environment.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We set up an appointment to:
1) Tour the school
2) Get a free introductory lesson
3) Take 1 Free trial class
4) Answer any questions about our program
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners have been in the martial arts for 20+ years, and teaching for 14+.
Our entire staff grew up in this school or have been apart of it for over 10 years.

We have a standard monthly rate covering unlimited classes, and offer:
1) Family discounts
2) Military discounts
How did you get started teaching?
The Tersak family (owners) grew up in the school from age 5, got their black belts, went through the leadership program, and became instructors. They eventually took over the school when the original owner retired.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The single most important thing when finding a karate school is that you feel comfortable with the school, its culture, and the instructors.
