Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We are an art as entertainment studio that takes you step-by-step through a painting from start to finish with no experience required! We supply all of the art supplies including the apron and you are more than welcome to bring your favorite food or drink to enjoy before and during the class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team are Local Artists with formal training to help lead you through mixing paint, blending paint, art techniques, and exactly how to create a masterpiece!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our Family/Kids Classes are $25 for an 1.5 hour class. Our Adult Classes start at $35 for a 2 hour class and $45 for a 3 hour class. We also have specialty classes like our Paint Your Own Pet event where you send us a picture of your pet, we pre-sketch it on the canvas, and we teach you how to paint it at the time of the event! For that specialty event it is $55 for 3 hours due to the additional time required for the Artist to pre-sketch and personalize your piece.
How did you get started teaching?
All of our local Artists have different backgrounds in Art ranging from different Fine Art programs throughout the country, displaying their work in local Gallerys, teaching art in the public school system, etc.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with kiddos starting ages 5 all the way up to a new time painter at the age of 93 and everything in between!
