Frequently asked questions

My first 2 lessons are evaluating the needs of the player. All players have different skills and abilities. After evaluation I will develop a plan for the player to do 4 days a week on their own and then schedule weekly assessments to determine if the plan should be adjusted.

I have 18 years of coaching experience from all levels and ages. I have worked with T-Ball all the way to High School.

I am Driveline Certified in Youth Coaching and USA Baseball Certified Coach

I start out at $50 per lesson for the first two assessments (1 hour each). After the first 2 lessons it will be $75 per week. This includes a weekly lesson and daily workout plan to do at home. I also use Blast and PitchTracker technology to get the most out of each individual player.

I started coaching youth baseball while I was in the Military. My love of the game and teaching has been my drive for almost 20 years. I continue to coach my children as they move thier baseball career.

I have worked with players from T-Ball level to Highschool. I have helped develop players with little to no experience to high level ball players.

I believe the lessons should not just be an hour a week. No player will ever get better just working one hour a week. I think the trainer should use that hour to understand the individual players needs then encourage them to work on a series of drills/exercises to do at home. The lessons should be constantly adjusted to ensure progress is made.

The player should ask themselves how much they want out of the program. I believe hard work and dedication is the key to any program. You will any get out of any lesson or program what you put into it.
