I have played baseball for 18 years and counting. I have pitched on the college level and continue to grow my skills through playing adult league baseball. I have worked with kids for many years so I have learned how to adapt to each kid as they are all different and each learn and excel at different things.

First find a starting point, then ask them where they would like to grow to and slowly begin working on the fundamentals and adding new skills as they begin feeling more comfortable.
