About
Hello, my name is Jamie Walczak and I am a baseball instructor as well as a strength and conditioning coach. I have been playing and training in sports all of my life (37 years old) mainly for baseball where I played at Mercyhurst University (4 year degree in business) and got drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 15th round in 2009.
Throughout all of these years of playing while training for my personal development I would also provide baseball lessons, run camps, and give seminars to athletes that had the same passion and desire to be the best version of themselves as I did.
I knew that when my playing days were over I would also turn around and give back my knowledge and lessons learned to steer young players in the right direction.
Right now I am continuing to develop a hybrid baseball training program where I can work with athletes in person but also provide a remote plan so we can continue to get better when we aren't together.
I have been teaching hitting, pitching, fielding, strength and conditioning, and on field acuity for 20 years.
I look forward to learning about you and your athlete so we can shape the best program possible to optimize the time we have to hone our craft.
