Art is vital. Creating is synergistic with life. It symbolizes growth and incorporates important life skills like perseverance, acceptance, and passion.

I have been an RN for 20 years. As a nurse, I have learned to teach both children and adults in various areas in various skills - often on the worst days of their lives.

I have instructed acrylics with class sizes anywhere from 1-40 people. I also have experience teaching acrylics and watercolor on-line in a live forum.

I believe this qualifies me to teach people on many levels. I understand that every individual has different learning styles, and that I am well equipped to tailor lessons to your specific needs.

Spiritually, I believe we are all created to create, and that "in the midst of chaos lies creativity." I feel that art is a tool which helps us self actualize.

My greatest passion lies in watercolor and acrylics. I also practice photography. I have created many large scale murals and contributed in fashion shows and photoshoots.

I will create lessons based on your passions and what inspires you. Passion provides the catalyst for learning to ignite. I will teach you the fundamentals step by step, but tailored to your own learning and creative style.
