Hello.....my name is Bob Tillberg and only to inform you and not to impress you, but I have been training athletes for more than 30 years. My clients have ranged from youth athletes up to the professional level. I specialize in baseball, football and all sports involving speed training. I have coached baseball for over 25 years.
