I take time to personally get to know each of my students, what they are hoping to achieve and looking at the student from a holistic stand point. Most of my students have some form of autoimmune condition, new to exercise and yoga or have a pain condition they are addressing. Since I have Lupus and Arthritis I am able to relate to them and can share what I have learned in my journey.

This just came naturally to me. I have exercised for as long as I can remember and started practicing yoga about 35 years ago. Friends would ask me what I was doing as far as exercing and eating and I shared with them. I loved it and decided to become certified and help increase my knowledge and share this with others.
I have worked with students that were beginners and intermediate. Most of my students have physical challenges. Some examples are students with arthritis, lupus, back injuries and pain.

Being honest with your teacher is the best way to be sure you are obtaining the proper training for you.
