About

We treat each individual as just that, an individual. Designing programs that strengthen that particular players weaknesses, while fine tuning and finding ways to accentuate the strengths.

We're passionate about the game of basketball and are very results driven, so having the opportunity to have a front row seat to watch a players progress is extremely gratifying.

We've operated one of the biggest AAU programs in Philadelphia for over 15 years. After relocating to Miami we've ingratiated ourselves in the basketball community by organizing basketball leagues and skills clinics which ultimately transitioned into our skills training academy.

Youth, High School, College and Professional. All of varying skill levels.

At the present we teach a weekly skills clinic at the Downtown Miami YMCA which is very fulfilling. There's also an annual street festival & Basketball tournament in Italy(Modena) That we partner with and provide lessons for.

Find the right teacher for you. Many people rush out and try to find the biggest name or believe that the most expensive is the best option when in fact that may not be best for your particular scenario. If a trainer primarily trains pros 9/10 he expects you to have a fundamental grasp of many different concepts that you may have no clue about. So sometimes it's good to graduate to that level instead of seeking it out initially, which could lead to frustration and an unsatisfactory experience.

What do I want out of this training? What are my goals? Is this a hobby or am I pursuing this with a different level of intensity?
