    All my fitness lessons with Jyo was via Skype and let me tell that this truly dissolves any myth that says you need your trainer physically next to you. Her sessions are truly energetic, result driven with focus on your problem areas. Jyo is very focussed and dedicated in what she does. She consistently works on interactive feedback finding out what is working and what doesn't. If you do not feel the desired output she breaks the exercise down into smaller milestones till you achieve the desired result. I love working out with her and she's truly an inspiration to anyone. Truly wish she was in my city, I definitely would've hijacked all her time..lol :D If you have a fitness goal then she's your goldmine! Wishing you much love and success always!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Students looking to start their fitness from the level they have been doing but have lost the continuity. I accompany them in taking off in their work  out as a companion, see their level of performance and their aim and then drive their energy to the perfect combination of the yoga, Zumba and Pilate that will work effective to their body, soul and mind. So we take from their level to attain the ambitious level , as personal sessions, online , personal in the open ,in their apartment, anywhere 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been certified yoga trainer from Rishikesh, india , Pilate,  India, Zumba, India. I built wellness as a model of my practice instead of just a work out. I have immense knowledge as I lived in the midst of natural resources to use the basic ingredients in our food and drink habits, to enhance the wellness as a simple practice in our life.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I do have one hour sessions, combining deep breathing, stretches, cardio and toning. As a part of meditation, I do life coaching and build your body and mind to a level of positive direction of  happiness. I do counselling for basic health concerns and guide you to alteration in your diet building immunity and self healing.


How did you get started teaching?

I do my personal regimen of exercise since twenty two years. I was encouraged to start teaching when I saw simple tips could change the biggest complications in body and mind and nurturing both was a manifestation of your own efforts. I decide to part this simple point of peace and healthy living with all.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Should be asked About their lifestyle habits they know that will change their body to the dream body, as some are true and some are myths and lack of knowledge leads to waste of time and confidence in fitness which is a  de motivation.
