My role as a coach is not simply to teach skills, but to help people discover what becomes possible when discipline, awareness, commitment, and character are developed together.
Basketball is the classroom, but the lessons extend far beyond the court.
I coach the person first because when the person grows, the player grows.
Winning is not the goal. Growth is the goal.
Results are earned through preparation, consistency, and intentional action.

Dillon is an excellent b-ball coach for my 14 year old son. My son responds to everything he teaches because of his humble approach. He has excellent communication with my son and with parents regarding progress and scheduling weekly. He also challenges my son weekly with new skills and is always on time. His consistency and business accumin is admirable as well. we are really happy. We have found this coach for our son to feel more confident in his skills.

Coach Dillon is highly knowledgeable and a great instructor. I had no fundamentals of the sport before meeting with him. After one lesson I could notice my shot, dribble and game IQ getting better. I highly recommend him.
