My training is very fundamental and pride myself on being able to relate to players of all ages and skill level. My process is...
1. Take a look at your game to see strengths and weaknesses.
2. Develop a FUNDAMENTAL plan to help you become the best player that you can be. Starting with working on building fundamental structure to your game.
More important than doing fancy moves, shooting 3 pointers and making highlights is the FUNDAMENTALS that allow players to perform these plays. So this is why we focus on the fundamentals!
We train the PHYSICAL SKILLS so that you can perform the moves!
We train the MENTAL SKILLS so that we know how to apply the move to the game.
We train our SPIRITUAL/EMOTIONAL SKILLS so that we can use our courage, passion, will, love, creativity, vision and confidence to fuel our performance!

I love the game of basketball for all it has done for me. Free college education, travel the world, play professional basketball. The game has a way of teaching you life lessons as well that help us grow as people.
I love the ability to share my love and passion for the game with players that are developing their own bond with the game.
As a player/coach, I have developed the unique skill of speaking to my clients as a coach but always through the eyes of a player. I am able to relate to them as a player!
My son has had many private coaches but stan has to be the best coach he has ever had. He is very knowledgeable in making my son a better all around player. Takes his time to explain and make sure he understands why every skill taught is important. My son has gotten better and better every time he goes for a practice.
Coach Stan has taken my son Winston’s game to the next level. He’s very detailed in analyzing the student and tailoring the training for their specific needs. I would not hesitate recommending Coach Stan for any level player. Lt. Michael L. Williams

I got started teaching the game as I have a passion for sharing my knowledge. Once I underdstood how valuable my experience in the game is, I realized that there are a lot of players that could benefit from my knowledge.
I have been coaching young players since college with basketball camps and learned early that I love the feeling of seeing a young player learn a new skill especially when they may have been struggle at first!
I have worked with players from 5 years old to 62 years old.
Ive worked with beginners and pro players!
My talent is the ability to relate to all players and show them how to improve their skills.
No matter the level of the game that you are, you should be mastering your fundamentals!!
What is your teachers experience in the field? Do they have experience, if not, how can they teach you to do things that they can't and never could!
Get a feel for their knowledge and their training style. Get a feel for the way that they communicate, all trainers have different styles, make sure you are able to feel comfortable with the way coach talks to you.
Ask yourself what type of player do you want to become?
What do I need to Improve?
