Hello dancer. No matter what makes you wanna dance it is definitely the right decision! Let me say bellydancing is one of the best things I've done in my life. If you are able to get the tiniest bit of the passion I have for it that would make me absolutely happy))
I've been a dancer my whole life. I've done many kinds of dancing, including sports ballroom dancing, reggeton, hip-hop, salsa & bachata. But I specialize in one - BELLY DANCING. That I did for many years and did well.
First I was hooked at the age of 15, since then I've danced my way up to being an entertainer at a super highly paid events in eastern countries, had several teams of students trained by me personally from 0 to joining me and making their livings by bellydancing. My team and I have taken part in several dancing competitions and never lost one.
Although I quit bellydancing for living 5 years ago, it is still in my heart, I still have that passion & energy in me - which I have no where else to invest but in students like you! Let's Belly dance!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We either meet for coffee and discuss students goals and purpose or do it over there phone. I will give my recommendations, and let you know if I think I'd be suitable for your needs.
I can train you for:
1. Learning from 0
2. Certain event (competitions/video clips/wedding/maybe a surprise for your significant other)- we can create a show and collaborate on unforgettable ideas etc. (I have experience with dancing with swords, dancing on broken glass, male bellydancing)
3. Getting/finding/sawing the best custome
4. Just to have fun time while exercising the most important females body parts - bellydancing brings blood flow to your belly and hips which is just women health!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned from other dancers and through experience of being an actual dancer/entertainer for 7 years. Audience feedback is the best teacher - especially when your earnings depend directly on the audience. Constant improvement of performance and teaching beginners, learning on their mistakes.

I haven't worked with children under teen age. I don't mind, but parent's presence is required at least for the first times.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Think of your goal. And start shopping for teacher who you connect with. If you aren't very happy try different teacher.
Good teacher will fill you up with teckniques and skills, Your teacher will light you up like a candle and awaken your passion.
