The Speech and Accent Academy helps you communicate with precision, elegance and influence. We teach public speaking elocution and accent reduction in small group classes and private coaching. We also teach media training and inproving your video/internet presences for presentations, video blogs and meetings.
I enjoy my training because it works and helps people improve the way they speak and present themselves. I teach my students the skills to be a better speaker and communicate with precision, elegance and Influence.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I do a private assessment of your accent. I listen to you speak conversationally about 10 minutes, then give you a list of 80 words with every sound combination in English. Then, you put the words in sentences and read a passage. From this I identify every sound in English that need to fix. I provide all materials, and we begin to 'work out'. It is kind of like dance lessons! It is fun, and it works!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For many years I taught Public Speaking, Voice and Articulation, Communication and Broadcasting at universities. I'm trained and media skills, experience in radio and television broadcasting as a US Air Forice Captain. I use the Comptom Method of Accent Assessments.
