Lumo Sync Healing
About
It gives me great joy to help others with their flexibility, range of motion, and general functionality of their body. I love to see the improvement people begin to see in their bodies as they keep working with me, as well as the improvement in their mental capacities as they take my meditation classes as well.
Some of the best stories I've shared with my clients are an improved range of motion, full recovery from previous injuries, and a much better sense of clarity in their minds from practicing yoga, meditation, and receiving Stretch Therapy.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A typical process includes me asking the student what goals they are setting for themselves personally to reach in their practice. I ask them if they have any injuries or conditions I should know about, and what they want to get out of our sessions.
Side Note (Expanded):
Make sure to make some time to think and have an idea of what kind of goals you have or want to develop for your body, you can do this by taking a pen and paper and brainstorm different goals you can set. We can then go over these goals, and I could adjust our classes to meet that criterion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my initial training with a registered Yoga Alliance School that is in Santa Barbara, California called Divinitree Yoga Studios. Here, I learned Vinyasa Yoga.
Later I continued my studies through another branch of Yoga called Raja Yoga. This training was completed in Kerala, India through Skylight Yoga was founded in Miami Beach, Florida.
I am registered as a Yoga Alliance Instructor with 200 Hours of Registered Certified training in Vinyasa Yoga.
I taught yoga in South Florida for 2 years after this training, and am very excited to keep on teaching in California now!

When I began teaching, I gave free community classes
at Kendall Hammocks Park in South Florida as a compliment to
an artistic gathering. I have also given community classes in

I still do occasionally give complimentary community classes to
help people find access to healthy, engaging activities for them
and their loved ones, if you are interested in connecting to
these, go ahead and look up my social media accounts to keep
track of dates and locations to future classes.

I've also worked with senior adults, adults with different conditions like Parkinson's, different injuries in the hips, replaced hips, many different kinds of people.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a teacher that is Certified to teach you so you can avoid injuries. Also look for a teacher you think would suit the approach that you are looking for.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about what personal goals you would like to
make for yourself.
What would you like to see yourself accomplish?
Goals that are feasible and not too out of reach.
Take some time to think about this,
write down a few different ideas.
